Welcome to Super Frogoidvania - Holiday Speedrun Edition!

In this edition, we have added a festive snow shader along with a game timer in the lower left hand corner of the screen that begins running when starting a new game. It does pause when you pause the game, but does not pause when you die, etc.

Also, your game timer does not save, so you must make a run in one game session!

To participate, please upload your run to YouTube and tag with #Frogoidvania!

I doubt the game timer will stop at the end so we will compensate a bit for time to take the screen shot!

The dev team will try to post their own times, time willing!

If at least 5 people outside of our dev team participate, then we will award the final winner that has the best speed run time with a gift card of some sort valued to at least $20 USD! Please, no submitting multiple runs from different accounts or any sort of cheating for this. Keep in the holiday spirit! Exploit runs will not count toward winning, but do upload for fun!

Due date for submissions is December 31st, 11:59pm EST! Make sure that your video and submission is tagged #Frogoidvania by then!

Controls

Controllers preferred, but keyboards accepted!

Move left/right: A/D or Left Stick

Jump: Space or A button

Additional controls will be told while playing.

If you enjoy the game, check the Settings to try a Hardcore run! No checkpoint flags (which means no health restore!), but it does still save on each level load.

Hint: Once you win the game on either difficulty, check the Main Menu before quitting for a dev surprise!
